服務項目
- 健保門診：我們於健保有限的資源下，提供高品質的門診醫療，建議您事先來電預約時間。
若您考慮隱私性，不希望留下健保的記錄，可使用自費診療或另安排心理諮商。
- 自費心理諮商：診所提供自費的心理諮商，會請您填寫諮商初談評估預約問卷，後續由醫師幫您安排適合您的心理師。
- EAP企業合作服務：歡迎來電或是傳訊息至伯特利身心診所官方Line帳號詢問。
- 健保門診：我們於健保有限的資源下，提供高品質的門診醫療，建議您事先來電預約時間。

Psychiatric Service:
We provide high-quality psychiatric treatment and counselling in the clinic.
Evaluation and treatment done in the patient's home are also available if needed. Case conferences, educational workshops and group psychotherapy for employees can be arranged in your office.

Mandarin, English, Taiwanese
*If you need English-speaking counselling, we are able to refer you to relevant counsellors and doctors.
Fees:
Fees for psychiatric and simple psychological treatment are mostly covered by the National Health Insurance. Complex psychological treatment and counselling are not covered by the National Health Insurance. If required by your occupation, or as part of an insurance claim, we are able to provide the necessary medical certificates and receipts.

若未於預約時段間內報到，櫃台人員會協助您重新預約，還請留意報到時間。

如不確定需求，可預約門診與醫師討論，若有需要醫師會協助轉介。
忘記帶健保卡怎麼辦?
欠卡會與您收取押金$1000元，藥物僅能開7天，需於7天內於門診時段帶健保卡前來診所補登資料。
